HR department is very very worst in mediassit.. while if you are working in mediassit and if you have met with an serious injury while travelling and you are doing work from home. As your manager permission.. and for some reasons HR will call you if you haven't responded means without any intimation they will abscond you. Even theywon't ask our. Manager permission also. 1.There’s no work life balance 2.constant pressure from seniors 3.they do not repect juniors/medical officers 4. Toxic work environment. 5. You cannot take leaves on Saturdays and more than 2 days. 6. Even if you’re on leave, you’ll still have to work if there is pendency. 7. No salary appraisals.

I truly appreciate the opportunity to work with the MA team and be part of its culture. Despite this I have learned a lot during my time working with the MA team and enjoy collaborating with them

During My notice period, I faced several difficulties, and one particular incident stood out my official mail id was not deactivated for 10days after I left. I used two mobile phones and when i switched on my phone after 10days I realised that my email ID had not been deactivated I immediately contacted the Chennai office IT team assuming the deactivation had been overlooked. However, the response i received from them was dismissive with comment like that not you concern and that's not your business which was very upsetting. I felt disrespected and hurt by their attitude Later I informed HR, and they told me to reach out Raksha HR for assistance.
