Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. Worst HR (Appala Raju) you may ever face with and their policies are even degrading which creates discord in every Employee. Cheap tricks and regional feeling while recruitment, appraisals No skill development. In fact one can rather loose their self confidence, knowledge and even forget their forte. Facilities are different for each department even though having same qualification.
