Work, Benefits, compensation, job security - good. More preference given to seniors in all aspects. Seniors are supportive. Appraisals are transparent. Top Management is working very hard to take the organization to next level. They paid full salary during lockdown and later reduced the no. of leaves, reduced bonus and increment to 30% of actual amount for that year.

Worst HR (Appala Raju) you may ever face with and their policies are even degrading which creates discord in every Employee. Cheap tricks and regional feeling while recruitment, appraisals No skill development. In fact one can rather loose their self confidence, knowledge and even forget their forte.
