Working at Medgulf is a bit challenging because at times we don't get the full support from top management. You are not recognized if you are not doing eyes service.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Medgulf construction company is A grade company on civil and infrastructure and also its facility management is excellent. And its too a career developing company for the seekers. In medulf construction company workers can work as long they want to and public relation activity are done at the live time for the workers .

The salary providing to workers of medgulf construction company is low and also there is no overtime .

Although my work is and i have to look after the whole site and also the health of the workers. I used to look after every checklist and the documentation so it was slightly challenging. But i never ever think for giving up because i feel good seeking new

The job quite interesting struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
