everything ,even the staff and reporting authority, every employees are facing harassment by mentally and also mentally from the MD and other senior staffs, they are not aware about the trends and innovative ideas and if any junior staff shared an idea senior staffs will mentally harass and MD also supports them

It's a good and reputed institution to work.. We do get quality training sessions so that we can enhance our language as well as our knowledge and skills.

Dislikes

It's hard to balance work and life as we don't have holidays on most of the public holidays.. Salary increments and incentives are not given on a regular basis.
