The actual assets of an organization are its employees and they simply let them go their key person, they do not respect their people. They do not have a clear vision. Lots of things want to say but...... The worst part of the company is HR and the HR department people are sitting at the top they do not have the basic knowledge and leadership qualities. They are doing always wrong with their employees like, forcefully resignation, salary committed and actual salary are totally different.
