Compensation is decent , but growth is very bad the work pressure is very very high some times , I have to work 12-14 hours without any over time compensation and no one should take care about employees in franchise employees have sommutch pressure it's like torture no one should take care . Franchise owners should not fallow company policies and they have giving torture to Medall employees .
