Medac enterprises is just a perfect place for a fresher engineer to begin their career with. I've been a part of this company and I'm very positive about the service provided by them. Good work environment and culture. Teammate’s are supportive and the management is transparent. They gave good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
