Total harrassment to employees, suppliers, contractors. Nobody get payment without heavy deductions of director & md wishes. Employees treated very badly and director is rude & always want employees to stay late in the office only to harrass & deduct salary if anybody leaves office on time.

There is no short cut except Hard work to achieve success. But if you do the same Management understand the same and you will get the benefits for the same. There are a lot of improvement required but overall i find its good in comparison of other companies of the same nature. i find the top management is GOD fearing people.

Dislikes

They should need to release the salary to the people who quit on the same day and stop the doing cases against them, without reason.
