I have been working abroad for 23year's.But for the last 10 year's I have been able to work continuously at MCSC.Because of I got job security from this company. I was joined as a foreman in this company.But company upgrade to be a supervisor.This means that the company helps all employees create carrier growth according to their ability.This will help each worker improve their financial status and work-life balance. The company continues to be a team work,from management to labour.It creates a great work environment. MCSC is a well know Bahrain based mechanical EPC company.I had successfully completed 11 years with this esteemed organization.Many projects successfully completed on time and T&I maintenance as well.I have gained many skill and organization capacity during this period

Compensation is high,but the growth is slow,the work pressure is very high.sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night especially during the Flow line Hook up activities.
