HR team is worst No proper facilities Team Leads are like puppets Only HR director runs the show Bad Politics Worst Senior management team No support even after working for long hours They make people work for 12 hours a day and don't pay for extra hours which is unfair. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
