If one has to implement there is a lot scope to do so since the management is is new.

The organizations is not an organization as such but a proprietor firm where only dictatorship plays it's role. Atall no employee centric, HR is bizarrely driven by owner. Salary breakup are fraudulant, PF disbursal is irregularly penalised. Non sustainable organization and disgusting work culture.
