Amazing organisation to work with. I spent the most time with MDI in my entire corporate journey of 21+ years. I believe all the companies are good but it depends on individuals to take the most out of it as it’s all about adapting, perseverance and courage to do something beyond..! I did it and got the rewards by growing to a VP level. My heart is still with MDI as I practically started it and made it a home for around 700 people who put their hearts and souls to create something big. I must acknowledge the freedom given to me by Alpana & Tilak (co-owners) to create a performance oriented culture in the organisation to make a very family like environment and not just a company where people work to make some money for themselves..!...Read More

Dislikes

Not much to dislike as I wrote most the policies to run the organisation as efficiently as possible. ;-) However, I would like to have them invest more on creating leaders which is a serious miss in such competitive environment. Also, to start ESOPs to make the leaders as part of the company not just keeping them as employees..! It’s important for a company of this scale to keep the top performers/leaders retained to continue to provide the best services to their clients, which won’t be possible if you only treat them as commodities to keep the ROI without sharing it with the people who actually generate it..!...Read More
