Work culture is like jail. TL behave like school teachers and employees are student. TL and managers always scolding and pressurized for target. Meal is very bad taste.

There is Mike who is the COE of the company he is an idiot I don't know how he thinks every time he passes an order unlogical not understandable ex. in the second wave of covid he mailed to come to the office in meddle of crises and we didn't get 2 years appraisal. Operations and management is excellent. Lots of exposure and Carrier growth apportunitys. Very competitive and liberal management.

Dislikes

Everything is good except transportation and administration. Little bit community favouritism. Least interaction of higher management with employees.
