They provide ample opportunities to grow, IJP cones almost every 6 months.

Dislikes

Not good with appraisals, they hold two years appraisal of employees, HR's are pathetic, no professionalism do not respond on emails frequently need to chase for everything policy gets changed frequently.

Toxic work culture,di*k sucker management, favouritism, Buttering, Politics ,Worst thing about this factory is corrupt and fraud Management,I even want to take some name from management who are just totally corrupt they don't know how to talk to employees,they need to learn some work ethics first .I can write a book about this corrupt factory and management.

Pathetic and it is only because of my so called TC,AM and Manager because this fu*ker thinks they own this factory and they can do anything with the employee.I Think manager ,AM and TC here get paid only to mentally harass the employee.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There is Mike who is the COE of the company he is an idiot I don't know how he thinks every time he passes an order unlogical not understandable ex. in the second wave of covid he mailed to come to the office in meddle of crises and we didn't get 2 years appraisal. The American thinks they are ruling on us not working with them. Andour management looked like a joker no question no argument nothing just say refer to mike mail. Like he is god for us....Read More
