When I joined the power industry, I used to hear about MBECL so much ( always preferred by many). I decided to be a part of the company one day. So when I got the chance to be a part of it, felt like a dream coming true. Leaving an old company behind is always tiring and comes with lot of difficulties as while joining someone new you have to start fresh ( working with new clients, workers, management etc).
