Work culture is impressive. And you can work in a very flexible setup. It is hybrid model. Free meal pass is provided every month apart from salary.cab pick up and drop available. Colleagues are fun and supportive.

Dislikes

Very competitive environment. Need to upgrade your skills to survive. Hike percentage is low on yearly basis.

IITs remain India's biggest Job enabler in current scenario!

IIT Delhi had 1,200 offers while IIT Kanpur had 1,109 offers, a record placement season Microsoft, Google, BCG, McKinsey all recruited, 80 got global offers after a lot of chatter last year on 30% IITians being unplaced. Baby IITs might still be struggling a bit, but it'll get better with time for sure. So whoever was trolling IITs last year, I hope you are studying for JEE this year!
