It used to be a good company with great benefits but it’s not right now. Poor work life balance, no great facilities, company location is bad, culture is bad.

Disparity in policies for same group of people. The current management is rude and use unprofessional language sometimes.

Work Details

During the pandemic, employees were asked to do work from home. Higher management took advantage of this & pressurised us with work with non realistic dates as a result employees were unhappy. Currently, the iteration rate is high bcoz of dissatisfaction.
