Good working environment, with supportive teammates. Company focuses on the overall training and skill development of an individual in operations.

Dislikes

There are few things to be honest which i disliked; - Politics between amongst the management - Growth was literally very slow - No appraisal or appreciation, & - A lot of favoritism.

Work Details

The job was challenging and quite interesting as well. Got to learn many things on the job. An individual is trained about the workflow or process from the basics. Roles and responsibilities were equally distributed among the teammates.

About company- Right now owner of McDonald’s Mr. Sanjiv don’t have no idea how to operate company , he only think about profit before him owner was good exp. Mr. Vikram Bakshi Sir who believes people are their assets but Mr. Sanjiv optimizing people in this situation of covid-19 and taking resignation, i am one of them and now im jobless. Mr. Sanjiv should learn from Mr. Ratan Tata sir how to operate business in this situation. Pls go and meet a suggestion from me. About the management of company- they feel like they are the only boss of the company OM OC RM. they only satisfied their ego. They pressurized the manager with transfer to another location which creates long distance from his home town this is the main motive behind it. If any manager refused to transfer they don’t give promotion to manager they don’t care about he is doing good work or not. At the time of First Assistant Manager interview they ask for transfer, examination is only game to watch. RM if he do not like manager due to any internal mistake he give negative feedback to OC and OC to OM and they do not give promotion to manager.
