It’s was nice to work with the staff of McDonald’s and staff culture also was good Manager’s was also nice it’s was enjoyable to work with all the crew members of McDonald’s.And they have one nice policy that we pursue education also from the company they have future planning for the staff

It's good ... For part time job...and it's provides meals for breakfast and give us pf for secure your future and gives also ESI card for health and many more facilities so it's not bad good 😊😊 I'm happy with it.

1.too much pressure but salary is less. Rm getting 35k, store handlers 22400-30k 2. there is always shortage of managers and crew. 3.Not getting support from the higher ups when needed. 4. Rude behaviour of Area managers. Use abusive language while talking to Managers. 5. Unachievable targets. 6.no peace at home either. Too many calls from the store regarding stupid stuff most of the time. 7.No empathy for the team. Even when a person got into accident highers ups is asking why did u got into accident , now u need to come on shift no matter if your leg is broken. Just have to come. What an stupidity. After RGM Not seen any Growth and Salary is very low as a RGM 3.Work life balance not happening due to working hours is 10 hrs etc
