I worked in McDonald for 2 years and in the end after resignation they stopped my salary of pl which we get after resignation also the environment was not good there for employees due to OC

After RGM Not seen any Growth and Salary is very low as a RGM 3.Work life balance not happening due to working hours is 10 hrs etc

It’s was nice to work with the staff of McDonald’s and staff culture also was good Manager’s was also nice it’s was enjoyable to work with all the crew members of McDonald’s.And they have one nice policy that we pursue education also from the company they have future planning for the staff

It's good ... For part time job...and it's provides meals for breakfast and give us pf for secure your future and gives also ESI card for health and many more facilities so it's not bad good 😊😊 I'm happy with it.
