Company plans are not mentioned before Quarter starts targets are incentives plans will release after 15 are 20 days. This will impact not to achieve the target. More over Reduced Management Team from 6 to 3. 1 RAM and 2 SM this is not helping to streamline the process always working on floor to focus GGI parameters.
