No brand value and no effort to create a brand Lazy HR and no new faces in HR. Same old men who have done nothing great in the past. activities are only for men like cricket etc so nothing else like mental wellness initiatives or yoga Only cricket and too much cricket they need new HR possibly females

The company is open to innovations by employees to improve productivity and quality. My team mates were cooperative and rose to the demanding requirements from the fabrication team in Dubai. We were able to meet all the delivery dates to comply with fabrication schedule. Mcdermott provides a challenging environment associated with good career growth and remuneration. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
