Relative of the higher officers only can get the full benefits (open politics). Poor maintenance of yard toilets and no free food.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? proper 9 to 5.30 job cycle if you have a good understanding with your team lead and job security is better compared to other similar companies. Taking leaves is not a headache and is generally easily approved if planned.
