proper 9 to 5.30 job cycle if you have a good understanding with your team lead and job security is better compared to other similar companies. Taking leaves is not a headache and is generally easily approved if planned.

appraisals/promotions are underwhelming and a lot depends on your tuning with your lead instead of the work you are putting in, can't rely on the leads to convey your actual work to your manager you have to be vocal. transparency is a lip service
