Majority of HRs are useless across the globe and are backstabbers, Highest form of Politics and biased behavior. LALA company attitude, especially in India. Maybe because it is Kohinoor which was merged. Shift system only for India. None of the other countries work that way. HRs have more salaries than the avg people working in the company be it Managers, Directors. High Favoritism in India esepecially if you are the HR group's pet, you will get promotions sooner. Speaking of Promotions - Couple of HRs are promoted 5 times in 6 years i.e. once every year. How ? There is no culture amongst many. Your personal growth in the eyes of HR is just cost. This isn't true amongst other people across the globe where talent is recognized. Not here, when it comes to Indians. There is a sense of white superiority.
