The policies are good. But management only believe in Hire n Fire.

The company is too eager about its profit line. In sales they don't bother about Secondary or End Customer Point. Managers always frightens subordinates about their job security. Channel partners are also not satisfied with the management. Though must admit the organization do have very good Wages and Perks policy.

Though the company is the leader in its category there are n number of challenges as well as oppertunities in the market. But management's terrible policies made the work hectic and disturbing.
