Deducted salary without information. No assurance given on the repayment of deductions. Seniors holding power misuse their authority and management doesn't care if such events are brought to its notice.

Dislikes

Management has no time to interact even for their key employees who are instrumental to the success of the group.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
