1. Very old tech stack is uses,Some of Managers and Product Owners are foolish and keeping higher authorities in dark. 2. Fresher's career is ruined due to lake guidance and support 3. Leadership don't know what talent they need to build products MBA is doing testing,data scientist is doing development and developers are writing excel analysis. 4.Company is unaware about current market requirements like Applied Scientist,ML Engineer to build data science products. 5.
