Developers of some team simply do time pass and tries to layoff someone who will be a good developer or tester without giving KT hiding the requirements or avoiding the task by telling busy with other applications there will also be no development of application there also shutting the mouths of innocent testers or developers simplyshowcasing as working hard on two application and others are sitting idle this is the inside truth of some developers from nit to save and safeguard their place in the organisation keeping personal matters in the workforce enjoying their own position.Demotivating the team towards learning path simply spending time and trying an employee to loose their with bad image as not skillful in front of mgmt or they themselves should resign from the job such cheap political tactics(changing locations keeping ip address of mobile monitoring each activity by hacking)are played with emotions of an employee...Read More

They give hikes and promotions to some people who always say yes to the product owner. Those product owners are highly sadistic people. they do not know anything and keep putting pressure on developers.

Dislikes

I do not like anything here i.e. from top to middle level till the product owners are there. they all have no morals or ethics. they are destroying other carriers just to save themselves.
