Management can improve the management, to avoid the difference between company work and 3rd party worker, avoid morning starting 30,45min time pass an yard.

Salary - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Difference between worker and worker. Time management systems. parmanent or company work use the company power. Over time can be allowed to only maximum time for company worker. Ship staff can't tritted or handles company staff. Difference between worker and worker at Worker Canteen . Officer canteen not allowed graduate trainee. Apprentice trainee at company worker but that can behaviour likes was 3rd party. Trainee engineer only stappend 8000,9000. But work as double or equal to work. But company management systems can't believe....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
