As I am X employee of this company, I am sharing my experience point to point. 1. No HR policy exists because not yet getting 'appointment Letter' in my total work tenures. 2. No on job training,not even for freshers. 3. No clear vision from company side. 4. No work culture exists. 5. If some one having a degree of making false commitment to your Distributors or parties,then definitely it's your cup of tea. 6.If you are doing something good,no appreciation will come. 7.
