Not much at all. Provision of nominal accomodation might be the only good thing.That too because most of their living ng spaces are empty.

Dislikes

Situated at a desolate area between two cities,there is severe shortage of manpower. Due to this sometimes the employ people without proper qualifications.And these employees knowing that they are a good for nothing bunch who just caught a lucky break have formed their own circle over decades who harass and ultimately force the new employees out of the job who they fear for their own job security. For example when my shift used to get over at 5.p.m I deliberately used to get called between 5:30-7:00p.m when I used to be on my way home (sometimes even at night) to return to the hospital to attend some "urgent matter",never got paid a penny for that BTW and similar other tortures<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
