Everybody knows inside out of the stuff they are working on. Technical knowledge is good.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance. Salary is not in par with market standards and there is a huge pay discrimination inside the company itself. Freshers and person with 4+yrs experience are paid just because the experienced person started his career with low salary.

Worst work life balance(Few managers bad planning of projects). Few managers unprofessional behavior. Worst pay scale compared other companies in same field.

Worked 4+ experience. Few managers treat employees bad. Some times they make us work until 3.30 to 4.00 AM. Work life balance is bad.
