Learning is the reason for me to work in maxima automation.

Dislikes

Work timings, they expect us to be punctual and on time in the morning but they never allow us to leave at the specified office timing in the evening. This make it hard to balance our personal life with office work which also causes mental stress and leads to careless mistakes in work.

Work Details

Work at maxima automation will be really exciting since we get to work in all areas in order to learn about the entire field of instrumentation and automation.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
