Nothing , would suggest readers to join a flee market insted of joining this online kapdon ki dukan. Or instead weekly bazars of Delhi or Chor bazar of Delhi. Worthless

Everything . Reader will surely enjoy working in kapda market of janpath or any other market of Delhi or any other location. Why because no policies of so called company, but i would say it a kapdon ki dukan Bhutiya location Behuda class of mazdurs No structure No growth No skill improvement, yes one thing for sure you will develop a skill of 'kapde bechna' 'set banana' Hell!!! Stupid.

This company started operations in India 1 year before but is a known brand in USA. Good exposure to the international market especially USA. There are learning and development programs to improve personal skills. Management is supportive to teach new things and processes. My manager has supported me in my full tenure with Maxima Apparels. It was a good experience overall.

Dislikes

Some times server is too slow due to remote server.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
