Managers are so keen in developing their fame than the career value addition of the engineer. Clear goals inherited from top management for every quarter and yearly (AOP). Job security is good if employee shows work ethic, honest and truthful. No overload for employees more than 7~8 hours of work per day. well planned and execution. Policies are keep improving every day based on circumstances. If we understand the process and policies then no conflict
