The company is open to innovation and readily adopted latest technologies for work. I love that I am a part of a team

Dislikes

The work pressure is average but sometimes it'll reach very high. Frome sometime Managers don't value an individual, which is why I've to take back my suggestion most of the times I do receive appreciation from client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals. Manager folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a painful to anyone.

Work Details

My work is challenging as I have to look after the entire construction and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations but it's ok. it'll be a great learning experience.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
