It was the team when I worked. For now, no idea. The HR manager Mr. Dileep Shrivastava was really good. The company was unable to find a good HR when he left and the one replaces him was pathetic.

The management. wrong decisions, no respect for female staff, infact no human respect at all.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
