Not happy with the way they run insurance business through agency channel, mis-selling is the ultimate thing, people don't seriously look into the financial planning basics rather focus on selling than servicing. Didn't like much about the overall experience.

Dislikes

Mis selling, people pleasing, even HR involved.in.gossipping and corridor talks. Company doesn't focus on customer satisfaction rather they please the agents and get them to bring more natural business from their relatives (same thing is done.with ADMs) and once they have exhausted with their natural leads and business they focus onrecruiting new agents and managers. Instead insurance companies should focus on giving more quality service to customers by training new generation and young people about insurance and financial planning. Worst experience on joining was they didn't gave health insurance benefits to parents only spouse and kids can be added... whether you are married or single. My previous organisation and from my known sources we could add at least one of our parent as beneficiary to health insurance. Now salary part is worst, they knowingly put LOP in attendance even after regularising the same inorder to reduce cost of the month, happens with almost all employees.
