Hospital management promotes politics, HOD's are not going to support you until you become their sycophants. They dont know anything about being professional. There's nothing to learn at the hospital, if you are clever enough only then you can save your job there. Junior dietitian works as ordertaker rather recommending right diet to patients. They are working as a patient pleaser. HR forgets to explain the employee benefits in the beginning of the job and traps the employee, make them write a false resignation and doesnt release the certificates. Management promotes politics. HOD is not going to support you untill you are their sycophants. HOD doesnt know her work, she only knows how to cheat the other employees and patients,she doesn't maintain the file work properly. There's nothing like diet planning rather dietitian is supposed to do order taking work, senior dietitian the mannerless head she is only there to please the patients and doctors there but rude with the other dept. People in the HR dept are not aware of their responsibilities, they forget to clear the terms with the employee during hireing process, suddenly they change their own statement. They do not clear your experience and achievement certificates on time unless the dept hod tell them to clear. Worst people to work with. Their seniors first hire the employees then warn them that they do not belong to good college and make sure that hospitals like fortis, apollo also do not hire the employee.
