It is a pleasure working in the max. The environment is very friendly the Manager, the Seniors and the staffs are very helpful and cooperative in nature. And the HR department is very honest and commendable.

One of the worst HR and administration department to work with. No respect for doctors (from junior doctors to HODs). HR and admin people ideally should should this hospital without doctors. Never seen such a pathetic HR people ( Pooja chauhan , Navneet). Looks like having mental issues. They need basic human ethics training of basic manners. Hope God bless this hospital. I worked at Max Smart Super Speciality Hospital, Saket for 5 years, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. Lack of Growth Opportunities Despite my hard work and dedication, I was not offered any promotions or opportunities for growth. This lack of recognition and support was demotivating and made me feel undervalued. They will malpractice on our pay slip thereby, basic salary wont rise up. Poor Work-Life Balance The workload was excessive, and I often had to work long hours without any compensation or recognition. This took a toll on my physical and mental health. Outdated Knowledge and Practices The team was not updated on the latest developments in clinical pharmacology, which made it challenging to provide optimal patient care. The company's focus on selling generic medications under the guise of brand-name drugs was also concerning. Unprofessional HR Practices The HR department was biased towards certain regions and cultures, which created a toxic work environment. They were also slow to adapt to new technologies and would often make changes to contracts without our consent. Unsupportive Work Environment The company prioritized the needs of nurses and consultants over other employees, creating an uneven playing field. The lack of opportunities for upskilling and professional development was also disappointing. Medication Errors and Safety Concerns I witnessed a high number of medication errors, which put patient safety at risk. The company's medication distribution pipeline was also outdated and inefficient. Lack of Immunization programs for Employees Immunization expenses wont cut from insurance. Must taken from employees pocket. Final Thoughts Overall, my experience at Max was disappointing and unfulfilling. While I appreciated the opportunities I had to work with patients, the company's lack of support for employees, outdated practices, and prioritization of profits over patient safety made it clear that it was time for me to move on. If somebody troubleshoot, they will tie our mouth rather to check or eye on the trouble makers. Even we get isolated from everything. Surprise for all trouble makers, welcome its your paradise. You will get similar vibes from HR department on first meeting
