The work environment is extremely bad. The old staff hold a monopoly in the institute and drive away the newbies by passing racist comments and body shaming them. The director, manager, accountant are not co operative, they say "why should I believe you when i can believe the employees who are working with me for 3 years". Very bad environment, no one supports, everyone is having attitude problem, no salary, no growth, company policies are bad, dirty washrooms.
