Pathetic culture, terrible work life balance. Organization functions on slavery system, HR traps people and management exploit them. They expect you to work 16 hrs a day, on Sunday Saturday, holidays festival. People on top management are key people who are making the organisation toxic. I wish karma fall on them after what they have done to people.

Lots of politics, licking culture throughout the organisation, i would like to extend my words for people sitting no on higher management, I wish karma give them exactly what they do.
