I had great experience in maxbupa. Actually this company is health insurance company so if someone wants to know much more about this domain or like to work in insurance domain then this company is very good for him/her. Company's work culture is very good. Colleagues are very supportive.

Dislikes

As a programmer i didn't find any opportunity to work in different kind of modules or in new project and the technology they are using are very outdated. Production support for the developer is also a negative point for this company.

Not too much work pressure in this company but for some times like new product release and on month end support, we have to suffer this kind of things.

Worst work life balance. Seniors like Isha Priyadarshini, Tarun, Mohit Marwaha HR head will make fake Allegations against you and force you to give them money, if you don’t give them they will terminate you with misconduct reason.

I was working in agency channel and basically my work was to recruit agents by doing field visit . Here , agents gets transferred without your information and the whole HR team never gives you rightful solutions . Favouritism is the most favourite trait they follow . People on higher post are mostly by support of their seniors. Somebranch managers do not have any knowledge. No support to college hired is there . Due to these politics when I resigned cluster head pressured me to mail myself for early relieving and not to serve notice period as he made my notice period time a living hell . I tried to fight a lot but now I am tired of their politics and won't entertain them more and mailing him for early relieve . If you are a fresher please don't come to niva , you can move to tata aig that's a best company to start your career with ....Read More
