I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Manager's are very unprofessional they give training only for 3 days. Then asking for the performance any how if your performance is average in the first month they will terminate you.

Before the Covid the company was ok but as the Covid started , the company started acting as of we are going to eat all his money. Company asked me to be LWP till corona end. Started behaving so weirdly and was not releasing money. After multiples call n messages then they released money according to there wish and not what i was suppose to get.

As soon the covid stated , the company started acting very weirdly. Asked to me to accept LWP but I resigned then. Very poor in terms of salary disbursment. No sensible discussion. CEO of the company should not jump into every matter with the employee. Do not go for it

Work Details

I was a lead backend developer and consistently tried my best to deliver a better product and after putting all effort the company betrayed me. This has happened with many and I am not the only one
