Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?

The company is innovative and ready to adopt new technology. I got the opportunity very first time to work as a front end player in the sales team and able to develop my career in business development / sales field. I also like the employee retention / re-hire policy of this company.

Dislikes

The management was not focusing more on senior employees compared to the new entrants in terms of career growth, new assignments, compensation etc. Also the target assigned for new verticals was not logical / ideal compared to company's policy of Channel sales into govt. vertical.

My job profile was slightly challenging as I have to look after the govt sales and marketing and it was the first experience for the company also. I was a great learning experience for me and I really enjoyed to work here
