Environment is an excellent, family culture and friendly behavior except 1-2 project managers. They never say in a friendly way. But other manager and general managers are really family members. But i love my colleagues with whom i worked. And I missed the wonderful memories. I recommend 100% to join here. If i get opportunity in near future, i will apply🫣

Only thing is that notice period is too long.

I feel nothing. But some people feels salary hike is not very good. I only can say if you really capable enough , Matrix Media definitely pay your price.
