I have enjoyed the environment at Matrix the most. To be honest you feel at peace, which is the best part of working out here. There's no politics and no need to pacify anyone to be recognised. Your work does the talking and if you are good you get good returns and appreciation.

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Management is not good. Management will only take care of you, if you only buttering them. HR is very rude and misbehaves with employees unnecessarily. If any other girl join the company who is more beautiful than her HR will die out of frustration and make the new girl joinee's life hell. The wash room is very much untidy and unhealthy. Nothing. Worst company ever. Carrier growth is zero. I just lost my time here. Very poor management and very old & senior employes job are to oiling general manager, nothing else.No discussion with the latest technology. Just show off attitude but ultimately inner side is a big zero.

Dislikes

Internal dirty politics exist but show off like "we are family". The increment will be given starting from 300- 400 (Sometimes nothing) and will show as the employee deserve it. Senior male employees always make fun with very freshers level or (especially with female) employee as well.
