Total politics, If you can do buttering of your seniors than it is good for you a bit Another problem is nepotism ,The executive layer of the management is not competent . No professionalism and job security is most terrible thing . They fired many teachers on an urgent notice of one day only. Their focus is always on replacement rather than retention of employees. Best environment you can hope for, for all the employees, especially teachers and students. zero politics. All the directors are humble, highly intelligent and great human beings. Best management, i have ever experienced in any coaching institute.
